DELIVERY
Postage and packing in the UK is only £1.50 regardless of the number of items you order. This includes BFPO addresses. Packages are sent first class Royal Mail, unless you order more than 10 items, when we will generally courier the order. We also deliver to Mainland Europe and Eire for £2.50 and USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia for £3.50.
Orders on standard delivery are usually dispatched within 4 or 5 days but please allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery from date of payment. Overseas order may take up to 28 days for delivery. If you desperately need the order for a certain date within the UK mainland we offer a special delivery service with delivery within 3 working days for only £5.50. For rush orders for other areas please contact us and we may be able to arrange a chargeable faster delivery service.
We will dispatch goods to any requested address, regardless of billing address but, we reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.
Please be aware that for special delivery or courier-sent orders a signature will be required upon receipt.
RETURNS
Standard Slogan
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund. You can return the product within 14 days of dispatch for any reason. However, if the item is not faulty, we will issue you a credit note to the value of your product or send you a replacement item if you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom Slogan / Photo products
You can cancel the order at any time for a full refund until the item has been marked ready for dispatch. At this point we are unable to refund custom slogan products unless under your statutory consumer rights.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our shopping area is a secure site meaning that all information you give us is encrypted to maximise security and guarantee your privacy. Credit card payments can be made by the major credit cards or debit cards shown below. We use HSBC card payment services or you can use PayPal if you prefer.
If payments are taken by debit or credit card on the site at time of order, confirmation of payment is within minutes and the order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery can be to any address, although we reserve the right to decline to deliver to certain addresses.
Cheques, postal orders or cashiers cheques must be written out to "Print What You Think", crossed "account payee only" with your order number printed on the back and sent to :

Orders paid for by cheque or internet banking will not be made until the payment has been confirmed.
SMALL PRINT
We cannot print any slogan that contains words copyrighted by another individual or company, or to promote a company/person without their permission.
As a family business we reserve the right to refuse to print certain slogans of an offensive nature on childrens T-shirts.
We will occasionally send news letters detailing new products or special offers if you have accepted this term when registering. If you no longer wish to receive these offers you may send us an email and we will remove you from the mailing list. We will not give your personal information to company or individual outside of Print What You Think except the details you provide to our HSBC Secure Server when proceeding with credit card transactions.
Whilst me make every effort to maintain stock levels to a reasonable standard, if there is a shortage of these products for any reason we will contact you and tell you how long before we expect stock to come in.
PRIVACY POLICY
During your visit to this site you may well supply us with two kinds of information. All of the information we receive from you will only be used for the purposes set out below and we fully comply and abide by the Data Protection Act.
Information Types
1. Web logs - each time you request a page we record the date & time, the IP address of your computer, the page or file you are requesting and the result of that request. We use this data to improve the web site and to make sure it is functioning correctly.
2. Personal information - you may supply us with personal information at various places, for instance to subscribe to the newsletter or to place an order. This information may be stored in a database but it will be used only for the purposes for which it was submitted. We will not send you additional information without your express permission.
