Notes on Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 4 or 5 days. This is because we make all the products by hand and to order, (find out how we make them). They are sent via first class post, courier or airmail but please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery, up to 28 days for overseas.
We do offer a "3 working day Special Delivery" service for an extra £5.50. Day 1 is the day we receive payment for your order, you should receive them before 12:30 on day 3, (monday to friday). Please note that we must recieve payment before your order can be dispatched so please pay online using our secure server rather than internet banking.
Ordering Information
- If there are any problems with your order you will be sent an email telling you that a note has been added to your order together with the subject of that note. Please use the notes system to respond since this method works extremely well and means that we are not relaying emails back and forth which could get lost.
- Postage and packing stays the same regardless of the number of items you order. Packages are sent first class Royal Mail, unless you order more than 10 items, when we will generally courier the order.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 4 or 5 days but please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery from date of payment. Overseas orders may take up to 28 days for delivery. If you need the order quicker than our standard terms within the UK then please use the special delivery option
